Sticking with low-carbohydrate foods is the first thing to do if you want to keep your ideal weight. While consuming dairy can make you gain more weight, you can choose a low-fat variety that can help you lose more weight. The diet includes consuming low-fat cheese, yogurt, and milk. So, you can still drink milk and eat yogurt without having to worry about gaining weight.
